Philip Nolan See Philip's proflie here examines the legal implications of Cloud computing for your business. He looks at its likely impact on your existing legal responsibilities and relationships. Philip will focus on how to address contractual matters such as service provider liability, data protection and retention as well as capacity/availability issues and their impact. Hugh Jones, an ICS Data Protection tutor will be joining Philip on the panel to participate in the Q&A
